Tova Jussim was the first call I made before going to my grandmother's house after I found out she was being discharged from the hospital.  At an impossible time of the year, Tova took us step by step helping to hire superior care and making sure my grandmother had a safe plan at home since she had been living alone.  I am sure this help and planning prevented my grandmother from getting readmitted to the hospital.  I had been doing my best in the 3 years since my mom died (she had been my grandmother's caregiver), but as a young mom in another city, I needed professional guidance on how to make sure my grandmother received the best care possible while I was not able to make the same kind of regular visits like my mother.  Tova has been available to me over the past 6 years in caring for my now 93 y.o. grandmother, making sure she has a meaningful quality of life and a safe aging process. —J.
